Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration and international route subscription services provided by VPNVA. By visiting the website, creating an account, activating a plan, or continuing to use the service, the user confirms that they have read and agree to follow these terms. If the user disagrees with any part of these terms, they should stop activating or using the relevant services.
Service Content and Scope
VPNVA provides network connection resources covering 90+ countries and 200+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The service is intended to improve cross-border access, access to international websites, and network link quality for related applications. Specific available routes, platform entry points, and account status are subject to the user panel.
Network performance may be affected by the user's location, access provider, target service status, device configuration, and public network conditions. VPNVA may adjust node entry points and connection paths for route maintenance, capacity scheduling, or security requirements, without changing the traffic attributes of an activated plan. Traffic included with a monthly subscription resets each month from the activation date; upgrade price differences are prorated against the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire.
Account and Subscription Rules
Creating an account requires no email address; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for plan activations, route usage, and setting changes made through their accounts. If credentials appear compromised, users should change their password promptly and check their account status.
Subscriptions support use on an unlimited number of devices, but only by the account holder and devices within their reasonable control. Accounts, subscription links, access credentials, and traffic benefits may not be resold, rented, publicly posted, or distributed to others as an independent service. Users may not interfere with normal route resource scheduling through bulk sharing or similar means. Alipay / WeChat / USDT are supported payment methods for this service, and order status is based on the records in the user panel.
Lawful Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and the location from which the service is accessed, and confirm that their intended use has a lawful basis. The service may not be used to infringe the rights of others, access systems without authorization, distribute malicious programs, commit fraud, interfere with network operations, or conduct other unlawful activities.
Users may not conduct destructive testing of service interfaces, authentication mechanisms, or route scheduling systems. They may not continuously consume abnormal resources through automated requests or help others evade account restrictions. The relevant actor is responsible for any content, instructions, transactions, or third-party disputes arising from user conduct.
Service Availability and Liability
VPNVA provides the service according to its current availability and maintains connection output through primary and backup route scheduling. Device failures, provider changes, public network congestion, target service policy changes, system maintenance, and other circumstances beyond reasonable control may cause connection interruptions, speed changes, or temporary unavailability of some routes.
When an issue occurs, users may first reset their local network, update their subscription, and switch routes. VPNVA will restore affected services within a reasonable scope, but does not make fixed guarantees regarding continuous connections, specific routes, exits in specific regions, or third-party website functions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is not liable for indirect losses caused by user device configurations, third-party service changes, or uncontrollable events.
Refunds, Suspension, and Account Termination
A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 30 days after the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the ticket entry in the user panel so that the relevant order and account status can be verified. Processing results and progress are based on the records in the user panel.
If an account involves unlawful use, subscription resale, public distribution of access credentials, malicious consumption of route resources, interference with service systems, or a serious violation of these terms, VPNVA may suspend relevant connections, restrict account functions, or terminate the service. Before or after taking action, the system may retain necessary records related to orders, resource usage, and security incidents for settlement, dispute handling, and service security maintenance.
Changes to and Interpretation of These Terms
VPNVA may update these terms based on changes to the service scope, route scheduling, compliance requirements, or operational processes. Updated content will be published on this page, with the month shown as the last update serving as the reference date. Important changes involving account operations may also be communicated through the user panel.
Continuing to use the service after the terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the revised rules. If users do not accept the changes, they may stop using the service and submit a refund request if they meet the refund terms. Matters not covered by these terms will be handled according to order information in the user panel, relevant page rules, and applicable law.
